The Dems already have a super-majority in the california senate, so that problem has been solved?
- CitrusFruits 4y agoFrom what I understand it's not a democratic vs republican thing, it's a rural vs urban. There are enough rural democrats that they wouldn't be able to pass a constitutional reform.
