- vaksel 15y agoI started looking recently, and 2-3K seems to be the general price range for decent 1 bedrooms. Sure you can pay less, but that usually involves living in the closet or in a rundown old building...and even then you only save a few hundred bucks. Seems like prices really shot up recently, I looked about 5 months ago, and the rates were quite a bit cheaper
