- hackerlight 4y agoThat's how it's funded. The incentives to not leave a mess remain unchanged. All you've done is filter out some % of people who would have otherwise left a mess, as well as some % of people who wouldn't have. I mean, maybe paying for it makes people be more careful because of some psychological reasons... possibly.
