Perhaps it's reasonable for people without any major debilitating physical defects or infirmities. Last time I tried to not act my age I was zooming along on my Segway and it decided to drive faster than the inertia of my body and dumped me on my back (5 broken ribs) and shoulder (totally detached biceps tendon and major tear of my rotator cuff) which took surgery, 2 months of total inactivity and 6 months of grueling rehab to get back to good motion.
