But we need high energy prices to solve the climate crisis. And right now, we can blame it all on Russia.
- samwillis 4y agoThis proposal does exactly that, targeting the excessive users, people with large houses for example. But leaves people who have lower incomes in a much safer position economically. It could even be extended so you are only eligible for the lower initial unit most if you have suitably insulated your house, using the government grants that are currently available.
