    Maybe try calling your bank before. Talking to people goes a long way.

      That could go the wrong way too... "thanks for letting us know that we should investigate you further, we're going to shut down your account until you can prove yourself otherwise"...

        Totally possible when you've got your account with a Russian bank in this case, otherwise: I doubt it.
