I've read TD for years and always thought that they were quite reputable. They (and Masnick in particular) have better legal analysis of IP cases than I've found almost anywhere else. Of course, it's a very opinionated site, but I don't recall ever seeing 'nonsense' on the site. Maybe I'm missing it?
