- mdaniel 4y agoso, it seems GitHub's license scanning gizmo doesn't know about the file named "copyright" but it's ISC: https://github.com/cloudflare/cf-pgbouncer/blob/master/COPYRIGHT https://github.com/cloudflare/cf-pgbouncer/blob/master/COPYR... --- they also seem to be using an internal build of debian or something because libbssl-fips-dev <https://github.com/cloudflare/cf-pgbouncer/blob/master/cfsetup.yaml#L12 https://github.com/cloudflare/cf-pgbouncer/blob/master/cfset...> and rubygem-fpm don't exist in docker.io/library/debian:bullseye
