- Nextgrid 4y agoThe reason there's a COBOL developer shortage and every shitty company is crying is because they're not actually paying very well. If they were willing to pay that much there would be no problems finding COBOL people.
- anm89 4y agoYeah I had this misconception as well. These guys are very poorly paid a lot of the time.
