Moderna sues Pfizer and BioNTech for patent infringement over Covid vaccine

- tiahura 4y agoMy understanding is that the patents for the core breakthroughs of Drs. Weissman and Kariko have expired. What's disputed are the patents covering the implementation. As someone who invested in BNTX in October '19 based on a HN submission (Bless You whoever that was), it concerns me that some commentators are suggesting that there's some merit to Moderna's claims. To a layperson, everything suggests that their systems are very similar - time to sell?
