The question is somewhat meta, it can be quickly read as "are you distracted by thinking about sex" and more carefully as "are you distracted by the impact of your thinking about your sexual behavior"? If everyone interpreted it as the latter, I'd be impressed, and astonished if the percentage was more than very small. I think most guys between the ages of 17 and 30 will honestly answer yes most days of the week, they're frequently distracted by thinking about sex. I recall a statistic like on average they'd (we'd) think about sex every seven minutes or so. I guess traditionally the British don't think about sex, so more than once a day would seem out of control?
