It's exactly like having a second job after your day job. Leave day job at 5 (wife has been calling since 2:30 demanding that you come home), start night job at 6 (why are you so late?), try to figure out some sleeping-on-the-job, back to day job by 9 (must be nice). Easy. :) The first two years are different for everyone and change every few months so just try to accept and experience it.
