- notahacker 4y agoOpenAI's terms are here: https://labs.openai.com/policies/content-policy https://labs.openai.com/policies/content-policy https://openai.com/api/policies/sharing-publication/ https://openai.com/api/policies/sharing-publication/ So in principle, yes you can use it for commercial projects like a book but you are supposed to attribute them to OpenAI
- verdverm 4y agoI think there was some clarification from the USPTO that only humans can copyright these images, so that the algorithm providers cannot make claim against you for using what comes out of these tools.
