I don’t think Russia even has operable nukes at this point, looking at their general performance. Nukes are a perfect target to, erm, covertly redirect money from; Roland Topor had a story about this. And even if they were operable, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were mechanisms to defend. I’m more worried about the massive refugee wave from Russia once it really hits the fan.
