Bicycle insurance in NL is much simpler: You just need to deliver 4 keys to the insurance company (2 for the frame lock and 2 for the chain lock) to prove that you indeed locked your bicycle.
Of course, this leaves room for scamming the insurance company once or twice, but the risks of doing so outweigh the profit you will make.
