If this is correct, and it appears to be, what are the legal positions on ineffectual drugs sold?
- h2odragon 4y agosee the "supplements" market; things sold as medicines should not be actively harmful, but they're not required to do anything in particular. See also "Aduhelm" for Alzheimer's.
- IndySun 4y agoThank you. Can a vaccination be legally regarded as a supplement or a medicine in the USA? It is not a surprise to look at the supplements market, vitamins, food in pill form, oils, and not these are deemed 'over the counter', or are they not? edit : Somewhat rhetorical is my reply. I continue to read up/monitor/learn.
