I'm sure that checking what advice John Carmack posted on Twitter on how to avoid distracrions already counts as a distraction.
- kramerger 4y agoMy solution to that ia to not have a Twitter account and not install the app. Twitter lets you read 2-3 messages before the nag screen, by which time I have already consumed my daily Twitter screen time.
