Keep hacking away on projects, invent the future you want to see. Share the vision and work with the world, and keep a kind heart. You can't guarantee you'll be paired with exactly who you want, but someone will come along for the journey. Think of Joe Rogan, who arguably is the greatest in the world at getting smart people in the same room as him. He knows what he's good at and shares his knowledge, he keeps an open mind and curious character, and he always tries to stay polite and inviting. If you are looking for someone to model yourself after to meet more smart people, there are many worse choice than Joe Rogan.
