so, uh, in other words there's going to be a glut of affordable housing?
- rr808 4y agoIn Korea maybe, the world's population is going to continue rising though. And those climate refugees are starting to come from the fullest countries.

- cryptonector 4y agoEmpty housing tends to get bulldozed because it becomes dangerous when unmaintained. So, no.
- creakingstairs 4y agoYes but the house price in Seoul will remain the same-ish while all the other regions crash first. Korea already has a 50.4% of the population living in/ around Seoul and this is going to get worse as population drops off. This would mean the demand to live near Seoul might stay constant even with the absolute number of population in Korea dropping. Later though, the house price of Seoul will drop as well.
