CCW would essentially be banned in California despite of Bruen. Mia is a state representative and Robert is the Attorney general of California. One is helping write unconstitutional legislation, the other is helping with litigation with the 9th circuit to make sure Americans are deprived of their rights. CA DOJ + 9th Circuit is one of the most corrupt judicial branches. Just recently Miller vs. Bonta was shoved back down to CA District court by 9th in light of Bruen even though they knew it would get appealed back to them. It deprived the rest of the west coast of liberties along with states such as Arizona, Montana and Idaho. It is absolutely hilarious when Newsom, et. al. calls California a free state. Freedom is being eroded here at an alarming but consistent pace for last 3 decades. Thanks to CA DOJ. The shining example of liberal states which still respect freedom, individualism and liberty is New Hampshire. Starkly different than California which wants to give free pass to criminals and punishes law abiding citizens. As a Californian, I want my damn pre-90's California back.

  Okay so apparently you have beef about concealed carry permits and want more gun freedom. Any other examples that don’t involve gun ownership as that issue is way too debatable?

    It should not matter which particular constitutional right is violated. BoR isn't a prioritized list. I tried to see what they're up to in the best of light. Honestly, convinced that this is just pure unadulterated corruption, evil and malaise.       It seems your viewpoint is strongly aligned with the conservative Supreme Court justices so it make sense you’re disappointed with actions of top Californian officials. In the first case you cite, Americans For Prosperity Foundation v. Bonta, all 3 of the more center justices dissented. It was the conservative wing that wrote the judgement. I’m having a bit of trouble finding the exact details of the second case cited, googling it for some reason was getting a lot of references to the first case. No matter, the other two instances of “abuse” cited are only abuse from the perspective of right wing viewpoints that are more Texas than California: guns and a case where all liberal justices dissented. It’s natural that one would be dissatisfied with Californian officials if one’s opinions are out of step with the Californian electorate.
