Please explain the tcp/ip protocol or the paxos algorithm concisely.
- anderspitman 4y agoDifferent question. I don't see people regularly arguing about whether TCP does the job it claims to. Sure people propose alternatives they believe to be superior, but fundamentally most agree it works.
- edmundedgar 4y agoThat's not related to the complexity of the thing. Imagine Token Ring had a token, and there were a bunch of people invested in the idea that it was better than all the alternatives.
