Now that sounds a lot like a video version of an audio issue that I have with my Android phone and a BluStream hands-free kit. When playing music from any source, there will be skips at long, random intervals. I could back up the song, play the suspect phrase over, and it would be perfect. It's almost like there's some sort of subtle clock mismatch somewhere that eventually can't be papered over. I've had it happen on more than one phone, and I'd also note that my Sony headphones don't skip.
