- humanistbot 4y agoIncorrect. See https://www.canada.ca/en/border-services-agency/services/arrivecan.html https://www.canada.ca/en/border-services-agency/services/arr... The exemptions are limited to issues of accessibility, refugee status, natural disaster, etc. If you don't have a smartphone, they say to have someone else do it for you or use a web-based version. I'm in support of these measures, but be accurate about what they are.
