Clickbait title. Gist seems to be that public chargers may be in short supply in some areas relative to increasing electric car ownership based on some surveys. I wonder how many people are buying electric cars without access to a plug at home or work. Seems like that will eventually get to be more common as the adoption curves up and some apartment and urban parking areas are just never going to add chargers.
