That sucks. I frequently travel to Europe and in my experience that Tier is way better than Lime, Dott, and Spin. Unlike other scooter companies, Tier always has a wireless phone charger integrated into the scooter, bulk minute cost is less, and you can always get in contact with a human support agent.
- imartin2k 4y agoYes, I prefer Tier too. Better scooter quality, often better availability of scooters with ok battery levels, in my opinion (and they have blinkers). Lately they raised prices in Stockholm though for their 300 minute/month plan, so now I go with Voi which has equally quality scooters, in my opinion.
