I'm started at a remote optional company 6 mo ago and just had a team on-site a few weeks ago. Collaboration was through the roof. Maybe it's how our previous virtual meetings were run, but it felt like items like planning, architecture discussions and reviewing strategy documents was 5x more productive in person than virtual.
