I don’t enjoy remote collaboration. I’ve done a few different styles and I just vastly prefer being around people. You’ve described an entirely different dynamic and that’s fine, but it’s not the dynamic I’m interested in having. I already stare at a screen for programming I don’t want to stare at one for collaborating with people. For me it isn’t around the effort or lack thereof put into remote.
