Ugh, there’s so little information in either the linked article or the original video or even the Parallels website, but apparently, Parallels does (not*, in fact, run Intel Windows on Apple Silicon according to this page: https://machow2.com/windows-on-m1-mac/ https://machow2.com/windows-on-m1-mac/ (and even that page had confusing wording that made me think the opposite for a while).
