- avgDev 4y agoSounds like it would be a good idea to interview elsewhere. I'm a mortal myself and I interview with many companies and had plenty offers.
- tiahura 4y agoUnless there’s something else really compelling about the job, it seems like the last year-and-a-half would have been a good time to take some initiative and find your own raise. You might consider that management and / or hr see you as a mark.
