how do you freeze them? I tried once and the plastic bag had a lot of ice after a couple of weeks
- nkurz 4y agoThere's no particular trick to freezing them. Maybe you used the wrong sort of bag? Most people use Ziploc style freezer bags or their generic equivalent. You do need to carefully squeeze all the air out before sealing. A vacuum sealer works great too if you happen to have one.
- prpl 4y agomake sure there’s no air in the bag. I have added a tiny bit of water/saline solution. I tend to leave them whole after cleaning the seeds. If you have a vacuum sealer that’s the way to go
