Just being in a new country, especially one where it's possible to prevent your name from being published, makes a difference. It allows Keffals to reset her "opsecs" as you put it. There are also countries where it's much harder to swat someone and where being swatted is more or less dangerous. And, finally, if Keffals were to end up in the EU, she would be able to take advantage of GDPR and other privacy protections. > I made my point regarding CF fairly clear. Yes, you did. I highlighted it because it is ridiculous on its face. Cloudflare has become a major backbone of the web, and there is not a real 1:1 replacement for it.
