I would like my job a lot more if I was given a cost of living increase that matches inflation. Unless my productivity has dropped in equal measure..
Otherwise it all seems in vain unless you leave for a raise. No one has loyalty anymore.
- badpun 4y agoI don't think anyone really can love their job because of how much it pays. The best high pay can buy companies is people sticking to their jobs despite hating them (golden handcuffs), and getting the best candidates interested during recruitment.
