- unknownaccount 4y agoHow is it obvious fraud? Doesn’t seem hard to rationalize if they simply play the lottery way more than an average player.
- superchroma 4y agoTickets appear to be $2 and annual spending in tickets in 2012 was approaching $2 billion. I don't buy it. It appears to be a well populated pool of participants and I think it's alarming that one person is winning $100k+ (top prize starting amount) 200 times in a year.
