Aren't most civilized countries like that?
- zppln 4y agoI remember there was an Italian father getting arrested for beating his child in public while on vacation in Sweden a few years ago. Corporal punishment doesn't seem illegal in Italy, or in quite a few other western countries as well for that matter.
