The Opposite Of Autism
- LastTrain 4y agoI'm not even sure if I am supposed to take this article seriously but the whole premise, that there is somehow an "opposite" to Autism, leads me to some un-ironic conclusions about the author. Maybe the article should be called "How I Personally Pigeonhole People." Let me just pull one example. "So these would be people who have difficulty understanding math or physics or machines or chemistry, as systems." This perpetuates the (positive) stereotype that all ASD people are somehow "good at math" which is not true, in fact some ASD people are quite bad at math, and it is attributable to their condition.
