- kzrdude 4y agoThat's because it would be largely ineffective. States use the powers they have.
- hedora 4y agoAlthough the US apparently does not have an extradition treaty with China, a DDG search for: china extradited from us Produces many independent cases of China successfully extraditing suspects from the US and vice versa.
