The article is about primitive human and primate sleeping behaviors, and gives examples of tribal people in Kenya and other places.
The average weight for a man in Kenya is ~138 and I don’t imagine primitive humans were nomading around at 200+lbs.
And 6’ >200lbs is overweight imo.
