After a firmware upgrade my UI switches have been dropping off the network randomly (doesn't respond to ping, ssh) and stops switching traffic! I have to hard reset the switch to get traffic flowing again.. turning off a lot of the features as their forum suggested seems to have mostly worked but I still have issues now and then. I have even downgraded a little too but, eh. I really regret buying them but I'm not too sure where else to go for switches that are.. not super complex to manage for everyone.
