I think I encountered a similar issue on android. The Alibaba app was enumerating the wireless devices periodically and causing my bluetooth headphones to de-sync. I didn't dig too far into it beyond verifying that uninstalling Alibaba fixed the problem. But it's super obnoxious that userspace apps are given handles on enough of the wireless stack such that they can break things.
