Sounds like a poor manager to me.
- anujkk 15y agoYes. He was a poor manager. He was actually a hard core marketing/sales guy with limited people(developer) management skills.
- mootothemax 15y agoSounds like a poor manager to me. Agreed, sounds like an absolutely abysmal manager. As long as the developer wasn't in the habit of making such mistakes, I would have put her in charge of any future similar changes.
