Charged with attempting to murder an associate justice of the supreme court. He likely knew where to find Kavanaugh as the result of highly-publicized protests outside conservative Justices’ homes. Protests at the home of Supreme Court justices are expressly illegal under federal law, a law the Biden DOJ has decided not to enforce.
