I am a tech nerd commenting on hacker news. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and I really don’t know how many pixels my camera has. 12?
- gerdesj 4y agoNumbers - s means plural. No we don't - it's all about function and facility. Please describe your iPhone (12 Pro) camera's vital statistics, so we can make a useful comparison.

- alistairSH 4y agoYup, 12 megapixel (x3 cameras). The best (available to normal consumers) full-frame cameras are under 50 megapixel. Makes me think the 200 megapixel camera in the phone is a bit of a scam. At best a completely ridiculous and mostly meaningless number.
