- t6jvcereio 4y agoSurely one could make the argument that "I only took the plea deal because the prosecution produced evidence X which I knew was fake but I couldn't prove it"?
- mafuy 4y agoNope. Does not work like that. You committed - you're in. It's like when you get an invoice for something you did not buy, and you pay even 1 dollar of it for whatever reason. You're now on the hook for all of it.
