- bashmaster 4y agoMost companies nowadays already use Kanban workflows for project management. But it could also be a life-changing tool that you could easily integrate into your own personal daily life.
- ahurmazda 4y agoI personally use notion for task management. It’s straightforward to create a view that’s grouped by “status” (or anything) to mimic the kanban swim-lanes. Afterwards it’s a matter of good kanban hygiene (eg <= N active tasks at any given moment etc).

- musicale 4y agoThe contribution of kanban for personal task management seems to be limiting work in progress. Overall it seems that kanban would work OK for car factories, where there is a fixed set of cards that is recycled, and very poorly for software projects, where backlogs are infinite and each card is unique.
- DawsonBruce 4y agoWhile I have found using kanban with personal projects to be pretty beneficial for quantifying progress, there’s something that feels wrong about agile seven days a week between work and personal projects.
