Why use/make processors with numa if you have to go to all this trouble not to use it?
- 0x457 4y agoWell, the point of NUMA is to allow you to do things like in slides rather than - everyone suffers equally talking to North Bridge. Fabric between NUMA nodes isn't the selling point - fast and direct connection between CPU and other components is. Plus, not every workload is: read from disk -> encrypt -> send to nic
