Regarding the first two paragraphs.
If you came to these conclusions on your own, I applaud your critical thinking. The next steps however would be to search the literature, realize these aren't new ideas but instead have been discussed and solved, and learn them.
- _8j50 4y agoThanks, I mean I did not think I made some new discovery without even the smallest education on the subject lol. The point I was making was how these considerations make me doubt the solution as optimal. I am sure technically they are but in a real hiring process if talent supply is low, you should probably go with the first guy that meets or exceeds your expectations.
