Source control is a tool I interact with daily. I should be able to ask you about it. I personally don't care which tool you use unless your process around it causes friction for me. I don't want friction from doing source control. That's easily fixable and if the company isn't willing to fix it, I am not willing to waste my time there. How am I supposed to ship if your SC is such a mess?
