Oh boy, you're in for a wild ride. I had my kid at my forties. TL;DR: you're always exhausted, since getting up in the morning, which you shouldn't, until early in the night - something I lack the grasp to understand, despite being more or less fit and not sedentary. I guess it's the body starting to giving up on you somehow.
