"If you want a job, stay remote all the time," says Rich Handler, CEO of the investment banking company Jefferies.
"If you want a career, engage with the rest of us in the office ... No judgment on which you pick, but don't be surprised or disappointed by certain outcomes."
- HarryHirsch 4y agoAn investment bank has exposure to real estate - take that statement with the grain of salt it needs. Dude has competing interests and probably works from home himself. (One does wonder - are his children going to private school and that's where his COVID exposure risk lies, or are they privately educated and shielded?)
