I like the convenience of using Apple Pay at the store and not bringing my physical credit card. But there is one problem: If I use Apple Pay, now Apple and my credit card company both have a digital record of where I spend money. If I use my physical credit card, only my credit card company has that record. So it does mean a 100% increase in the number of digital records about your spending. (Cash is ideal but too inconvenient)
